The NexTOP Ultrahigh Load Press is mainly composed of yoke, press frame, press tables such as ram and bolsters. A unique feature of the press is such that unlike general presses wire-winding technology is employed to the NexTOP Press. High strength steel is wound by multiayer around the yoke and column, which is subjected to tension. Therefore, the press frame under severe compressive force generated by wires of multilayer can withstand extremely high press load. In practice press load does not exceed the pre-stress of the frame, preventing its deterioration by fatigue.

Also, the wire-wound press is much smaller and lighter in volume, safer and stronger in comparison to other presses due the fact that the wire-wound frame under pre-stress makes it possible to drastically increase the maximum load capacity resulting in minimizing the frame structure in weight.
